The Biology II course studies living organisms and their interactions with each other and the environment. The course expands on the material covered in Biology I, and allows students opportunities for research and exploration. Topics covered include but are not limited to:
- Life Cycle
Biology: The Web of Life, Second Edition Scott Foresman Addison Wesley pub.
Additional materials will be provided by the instructor.
In accordance with school policy, students will be expected to be seated and prepared to work when the bell rings. Students should respect each other and remain silent when others are talking.
Assignments will be due at the beginning of the hour. Missing or incomplete assignments will result in a ZAP (zeroes are prohibited) ticket and will be reported in Grade Watch. Students receiving a ZAP ticket will report to the ZAP room on that day.
Cheating, copying, or plagiarism will result in a zero for that assignment.
All grading and disciplinary actions will be done according to the student handbook. Refer to the handbook for any further information.
